The White House has briefed allies and partners at high levels following a leak of sensitive US intelligence regarding the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The leaked documents, which include US assessments of the war in Ukraine along with a warning about the risk of cyberattacks in Canada, have not been verified by The Epoch Times. Canadian natural gas infrastructure was reportedly accessed by Russian-backed hackers according to the leaked documents, though the report did not name a specific energy company. Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh said a team formed by President Biden is evaluating the impact of the leaked materials on national security and allies. Investigations into potential criminal charges and those responsible for the leak are ongoing. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said there’s currently no knowledge on who is responsible for the leak nor if there are further intelligence documents to be released.
