Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak revealed that he had a minor stroke while in Mexico City for a business conference. On Wednesday morning, Wozniak felt dizzy and experienced vertigo, leading him to go to the hospital, where an MRI confirmed the stroke. His scheduled speaking engagement at the World Business Forum in Mexico City, along with other renowned speakers, was canceled due to his health.
After being released from the hospital on Thursday, Wozniak flew back to California and confirmed that he was feeling good. Despite leaving Apple in 1985, Wozniak continued to be a vocal supporter of the company and remained active in various pursuits. In addition to competing on “Dancing With The Stars” in 2009, he has also participated as a judge in an online video show called “Unicorn Hunters.” Additionally, he has been involved in other startups and has worked to preserve the memory of his late friend and co-founder of Apple, Steve Jobs.
