Meanwhile, Brandenburg Interior Minister Michael Stuebgen released a statement saying that the Brandenburg police arrested a Russian youth who is suspected of preparing an attack. A source close to the matter revealed that the 16-year-old suspect is a Russian citizen from Chechnya.
