At 10:00 a.m. ET on Feb. 16, the U.S. Senate Energy Committee will be holding a hearing to discuss the ramifications of the Russia-Ukraine war on global and European energy security. Dr. Andrew Light, the Assistant Secretary of Energy for International Affairs, Ditte Juul Jørgensen, the Director-General for Energy of the European Commission, and Dr. Anna Mikulska, a Fellow in Energy Studies at the Rice University Baker Institute for Public Policy, will be providing testimony.
