Russian oil pipeline building damaged in drone attack. 1

A drone attack near the Russian-Belarusian border caused an explosion that damaged an administrative building of an oil pipeline in Russia’s Pskov region, according to local Governor Mikhail Vedernikov. Although Vedernikov did not implicate Ukraine, Moscow had held Kyiv responsible for similar attacks in the past, some of which had caused harm to individuals and infrastructure hundreds of miles away from Ukraine’s border with Russia. Kyiv, on the other hand, has not publicly acknowledged carrying out such attacks, but some senior officials have appeared to welcome the news of successful drone strikes on Russian soil. Vedernikov reported no loss of life, and an investigative unit was at the scene to provide a final evaluation. The event happened close to the village of Litvinovo, which is just under 10km from the Belarusian border. Ukraine has not issued a statement as of yet.
