China hawks have abandoned their previously aggressive foreign policy stance, leaving the country’s international relations uncertain.

Host Ryan Lizza decided to check in with Max Baucus, the U.S. ambassador to China from 2014 to 2017 and former chairman or ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee.
